We should concede and adapt to the new reality... cange the way that our profession controls us and begin to control our profession. The only way to do this is to make ourselves portable. Spot on. Pilots need a "Guild" type of representation.
in this 'new world' of "here today gone tomorrow corporations". The -out dated, out lawyered,too slow, unions of the 1930's are nothing more then 'paper tigers' easily circumvented and exploited.
As they exist today they can not cope with the corporations before them.

Do a little investigating of the US maritime union and understand how that type model would work for pilots.

Well, you obviously read them, and so does 400beechjunk. That's wonderful. I will write a column for just the two of you lovebirds. You can read it between your Valdosta turns. And, I get plenty of PMs from people who do appreciate my views, and ask me about Delta. I won't have to worry about getting one from you, since it is obvious you would never qualify and certainly wouldn't pass the psych exam.
