230 kts SVH to RDU at 7500 ft with power pulled back to 55% to stay below Va in a old 310. glass smooth at 7500 but so rough below that I looked at the airframe for damage after flight. (none found)

Well my fastest is 280kts G/S in a C-340 from MDH to MDW. We made it in 1 hour, 20min!

My slowest was in a C-172RG. Not exactly sure, but my guess would be around -5kts to -10kts G/S. All I know is that we were moving the wrong way (during slow flight, of course).
