Guys, whatever it ts, it's not enough. I believe a guy on the other thread said it best when comparing how much you flew and how much you made. Whats really important is;

How much time away from home did you guys have to spend to make the check?

I totally agree the regional industry is not paid enough. But you can also say How much work did you bring home to make the 80K or so? For me...I havnt made Sh*t since Ive started flying in 1998. I made more waiting tables at Friday's.

$41,179.....5th yr pay rate @ "national airline" flying Rj's in/out of ATL.
That's gross by the way..........

$41,000; BE99 Capt. 135 Freight, second year with company, zero overnights
Flew ~ 550hrs last year.

$71,020 gross CHQ E145CA year 5 on the scale
812 block, no OT, 4 weeks vacation, $2200 per diem. Most days were 2 leg turns to the east coast or FL fromo CMH. Only 42 nights away from home all year including recurrent and rides. Not the greatest money, but can't beat the QOL..

..CT

I'm too lazy to look up the exact number, but it was a hair over $80,000 for a 5th yr FRJ CA at ACA. That includes perdiem and a mix of working hard and hardly working (standups n such).
