Got my W2 in the mail a few weeks ago, I thought it would be interesting to see a thread of the average "Regional Pilot's" W2. As a captain for a full year mine is $39,878.

Got hired by a large Utah based "regional" last January. I sat 2 days of reserve, flew 797 hours, and made exactly $15,418.24.

or as Dave Chapelle always says:

I'm Rich Biatch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine was 79800 including per diem (I know you're not supposed to count that but I am too lazy to look up the difference) for year 5 at an east coast regional.

8th yr ASA

But the lady sitting next to me on the Delta flight home knew for a fact I really make $200k and work 10 days a month. CNN says so.

18 and some change for 6 months online and 2 in training. Didn't look to see if that included per diem.

Ain't this career great......

I feel for you guys. As a third year dispatcher i grossed just over $44,000. Of course that included 290 hours of O.T.....

3-4 Year Pinnacle CA

6 months reserve at $60 per hour, 75 monthly guarantee
6 months lineholder at $60 per hour, 85 hour average monthly credit

$62,180

Includes about $100 per month of taxable per diem that they add to "income" so I can't break it out without going month by month.
