Go to the new AA - pay will be top and highest international growth (huge orders of wide bodies in the works currently) of all 3 legacies. Seniority will be set in 2 years from now. Overall, highest pay and fastest growth and quickest climb in seniority - at the new AA is where you should go from your current situation. Good luck!

I'd agree unless you were in the bottom third at SWA. You really have nothing to lose if you get on at the beginning of a large hiring wave. The big 3 legacies all will have tremendous upward movement.
