Where in the hell did you get 21%? It's actually 13%, and with the loss of the premium trigger, the realistic number for most of us is about 8%. The big Flica w************************* will actually lose money.

They can absolutely afford to pay us more, much closer to a real
Industry average, (not just pay, but benefits, retirement, etc.) they just refuse to. The only thing that will MAKE them is a union.
