50%+1 of votes cast is how I read, not voting doesn't mean voting no!

Neither does Maruster according to the last call-in dog and pony show.
The PVC rejected a previous iteration and the company came back to the table.

The pilot group must reject this permission slip to career and QOL stagnation.

The theory is that if 50% + 1 votes in favor of the documents they will be put out to the pilots for a PEA modifacation.

If it gets the "NO" vote... I don't know what happens...

Thank you. I hope the group collectively sends a strong no. Very disappointing.

A few months ago, you guys thought I was management. I turned my card in. I apologize to everyone for being so blind.

:beer:Sorry for calling you Jenny!

I really wish that managment had taken the high road and made this work. We have dedicated pilots and the PVC has tried. Unfortunately every effort of good will on our part seems to have been met with a kick in the dingding.

Asside from the raises in 2009, absolutly nothing has happened.

The company hasn't tried to make this work for a long time, they are simply just interested in delay, spin and delay.

Sadly, too many keeps thinking collaboration will work out in the end, just give it a bit more time. What some fail to realize, is that it will not work, not now, not at some magical time in the future, but the company is more than willing to string us along for as long as they can.

0.2% but the ELT got their bonuses even though targets were not met, still waiting, waiting and waiting some more for the 1.09%.

No one take the kids at the small table serious, it's time to grow up.

It's kind of like....

Don't you mean a "kick in the teeth"?
