At this point, we should be focusing on the support and protections we can obtain through unionization, while hoping to survive long enough to achieve a CBA. If and when a TE occurs, without union representation, we are nothing more than chum in bloody waters. The union drive starts soon. This is our last hope. It doesn't matter what any of us think. It doesn't matter that the 1193 represent some of the dumbest pilots I have ever seen. It doesn't matter that we have one of the worst benefits packages of any major airline. It doesn't matter that we have a PEA that 4 seperate legal firms stated did not protected in the likely event of a merger.

All that matters is what you can negotiate.

JetBlue pilots have absolutely no ability to negotiate.

This is why we a fair integration is not even up for discussion.
