They gave their pilots a much needed pay raise. Albeit, small.

Nice to hear there was a little pay raise instead of furloughs.

Actually, a large percentage of pilots got ZERO, NADA, ZIP, NILL, NOTHING, but I guess you are right, zero is small.

I guess times are tough all over, hence management went from 250K to 500K+ and bonuses increased.

Quit f#@king whining! You want to trade with the UAL guys?

Or Midwest?

Or Frontier?

Or AA (soon)?

Or ATA?

Or Suncountry?

Or USAir/AWA?

THIS kind of crap really pi$$es me off! You missed your calling by not being an '86 AA hire... TC

Some more info:

Some Airbus Captains got 1%. Some got 5%. Some got 0%.

All E190 Captains got a 10% raise.

Some Airbus F/O's got a 4% raise. Some got 5% and some got 0%.

All E190 F/O's got a 5% raise.

I'm too lazy to break it down further.

Can anyone post the new scale?

I can't get the formating to work right. Hopefully the numbers will be on AirlinePilotCentral soon.

In the meantime just add the following % increases or lack thereof to the APC site numbers.

A320 Captains:
Year 2-5 got a 5% raise.
Year 6 and 7 got 1%.
All other 320 CA (the most senior) got 0%.

A320 F/O:
First Year was lowered to $40 from $47 dollars/hour. Current first year F/O's were grandfathered in at $47.
Year 2 and 3 got 0%.
Year 4 got 4%.
Year 5-12 got 5%.

E190 Captains:
Year 1-12 got 10%

E190 F/O's:
First year was lowered to $40 from $47. Current first year F/O's were grandfathered in at $47.
Year 2-12 got 5%.

Hey, I'm at one of those airlines you listed, UAL, and happen to think we'd all be better off if most of us had the attitude A320drivr has. We all deserve to get paid more. You especially deserve more money when the company is trying to buy you off to prevent you from organizing. That being the case, what the company offered is bull********************. A320 is totally in the right to feel the way he does. F the other whoa is me BS. We should all be going for it. Until then our ********************ty management teams will be looking to us to subsidize/buy their fuel for them with jobs and money.

I'll add that the JB pilots should shove this ******************** right back up their managements ass and organize.

All you JB drama queens need to chill out. It wasn't everything you hoped for, but it was something. Especially, in the current climate. The rates (mostly) did go up, and provides a stronger base from which JBPA to work. Send in your card and relax.

A320 failed to mention that the company still backs its no furlough policy as well in this new agreement. Sometimes job security is the best thing you can pull from this agreement in this turbulent times. AND some work groups even got a raise not a pink slip! If we got a raise even beyond what the PCRB recommended, these people would still whine about something...

JB mgmt. can go straight to h e l l.
You stupid a## other places are closing the doors and laying everyone off ! Youre getting a raise while the company loses money!
