Puddle take it easy man let the guy vent. He will be going to reserve and getting a paycut because of this wonderful integration and start commuting on top of it. Look at your own comments about wanting him to swing and targeting him for retribution for commenting on this forum, pot meet kettle.

I understand...but venting and wanting to hit someone is a different story. I can vent about our govmnt all day, that doesn't mean i am going to go to city hall and kick the clerk at the front counter in the gonads because I don't like what the major did. In fact, that would get me arrested and the major could care less.

If he is taking a pay cut or going to sit on reserve still should not warrant this BS. So if he is this disgruntuled then I welcome him to get it over with and just hit me. He will be happy he did, and I will be too since none of us will have to work with him. I won't retaliate, just take one for the team. I welcome all ATN pilots knowing nor they nor I had a say in this, but threatning physical violence...there is no room for that...or him.

I'm curious... why do you or he think he is he taking a paycut? Or sitting reserve? First, he's already had a substantial payraise (new contract) due to SWA buying Airtran. If he's a 717 guy (or going to be), he'll still be in ATL for quite a while, not commuting and making his current-contract wages, until SWA figures out what to do with them. He won't be on reserve on the 717, unless he's already on reserve. If he bids (or can bid, don't know his seniority) the 737, he may have to commute or sit reserve in that case (as have we all), but he'll do it with a second substantial payraise.

Don't know why he's mad at SWA--if not for them buying Airtan, right now he would be either walking a picket line, unemployed, or just working with a much crappier contract for much less wages. With this deal, as a 717 guy he's WAY ahead of where he was in Sep 2010, and if (when, actually) he's a 737 guy, he's lightyears ahead of where he was then.

If he wanted the first AIP (again, don't know which deal helped him more) instead of this, then I think we ALL know whose teeth he should knock out.

Start looking at the positive crap, you know? Or don't; I can't make you.

Bubba

it typical ALPA tactic.....walk in a room start yelling and making threats try bossing every one around and demand the deal goes your way no compromise ........in this case it did not go the way ALPA wanted so the fit throwing, foot dragging started until the GK Herb smack down meeting and now they will forever be a thorn in our sides and our culture and company will never recover........it was a good run until this deal was forced on us.

God let all the trannies vote no....please

Flyvix-
You're a far bigger thorn in the culture than most trannies I know-
"never recover"???
Well what are YOU going to do about it so it does??

Hey vixn.

The company and culture will never recover?! We ARE the culture! Think about it! Think about it from both sides. All is ok, cool your jets. Scheez.

You guys have a Dbag like lyin'vixin and you wonder why people react negatively to how you handled the SLI?

Curb your dog.

My name is Fudgepacker. I am a gear-jerker on a third-world jet for a regional airline and I helped bring the B-scale to Alaska Airlines......oh....and I hate Southwest Airlines.......

Curb your Gerbil

Fudgepacker....

Explain how the B-scale that you pushed so hard for at Alaska helped out the Profession?
Show us what a great "Union" man you are.....

Sacka,

Could you please explain for the edification of us all how any single pilot can "push" for an arbitrated pay cut?

Genius.

Fudgepacker.....

But you agreed with the arbitrator and said he was just being fair.....and that the new B-scalers should be grateful to be gear-jerkers for one of the smallest regional airlines.....just like you are.......

After all.....what other airline can you have a career of layovers like Barrow and stay at the Moosehead Inn....

Alaska....Curb your Gerbil Fubi....
