FACT The Delta PWA is what preciptated DAL mgt to cancel our contract without cause. FACT

Fact, your management team had to be aware of this before they started out on this venture, so blame them and quit your whining about our PWA.



FACT DAL mgt decided it would rather disolve our contract than run afoul of the PWA.

Fact, DAL management has no choice in the matter, it is a contractual obligation which they are living up to as required by law. I would hope that you would support the concept of management honoring its CBA obligations.

the delay with syx's beginning the contract has to to with ACA's determination that they own the parts inventory for the 328 and Delta is fighting it out with ACA over that, so its been put off till jan ive heard
