Industry Sellouts flying Allegiant Metal while we're in Negotiations?

Rumor has it that guys are being paid to reposition Allegiant metal while under contract negotiations. Is it true?:uzi:

Don't forget about the test flights too.

Both true.

Allegiant isn't on strike and it seems nothing in their contract prevents a/c to be flown by pilots not on the ALG seniority list... ( as far as I've read here)

Sucks, but until the contract is locked up tighter, it'll continue...

NWA had non-seniority list pilots ferrying their airplanes all the time to and from Depots

Both JetBlue and USAir pilots have been flying Allegiant A-320's for repositioning...

I would imagine, at least as JetBlue is concerned, that it's some of our part 91 pilots.

Certainly can't imagine it being any line pilot.

Btw, the JetBlue pilots overwhelmingly voted to be represented by a CBA, part 91 pilots will hopefully soon be a thing of the past.
