How in the world are the teamsters & the ALGT line pilot membership allowing this?!? I certainly hope that there is some sort of official LOA issued by IBT & Local expressly allowing non-ALGT seniority pilots to repo their metal.
Never mind the fact that these w************************* from other airlines are doing this.

How can we stop something when our contract has nothing in it regarding scope?

We get $20/hr to deadhead. Seriously.

We get $80/day for training. Seriously.

We get $0 for home study. Seriously

We got PBS forced on us during negotiations. Seriously.

We get under 4 hours of vacation/sick time combined a month. Seriously

People have been TDY for over a year. There is nothing in our contract about TDY rules. So the same people keep getting sent away from home with $1/hr per diem. Seriously.

Our pay rates are among the lowest in the industry while our company is consistently one of the most profitable. Seriously.

People who don't work here just have no concept of how little is in our contract and now we have people from other airlines flying our planes while in contract negotiations. Please stop.

If current JB pilots on the seniority list are flying these flights, I'd love to know who they are.

A procedure is now in place that we will have pictures of these pilots in our cockpits that will be sent to the Teamsters, ALPA, and their CP.

Glad to hear this procedure is in place. Let's face it- there are many amongst us (not just in our industry, but in life generally) who don't think twice about how their immediate financial gain might negatively effect others...until it ends up biting them in the ass. If the CP notification is true..they could likely be fired by their airline if they didn't get their CPs approval first (and then claim the block hours against commercial flying FAR limits).

In reality, How is this really any different than Maury outsourcing all of Allegiant's scheduled flying? :smash:

There are a few non seniority list pilots that JetBlue hires to move planes around on some part 91 legs. Maybe it's the same guys. We need names though. If they are JetBlue line pilots they could easily be in violation of company policy and FAR 117.

Even if it's legal it's a pretty douchy thing to do.

Wow, it better not be some of our jetblue line pilots. Hopefully we can be done with the C91 pilots soon at B6.
