I resent certain interview questions

Question: What would be the biggest challange for you working here at "Scumbag Air Cargo"?
Answer: Ummm...Surviving the training pay

They did not like that!

They have no sense of humor, if you gave me that answer with a smile, I would have gotten a good laugh out of it. BTW we do not refer to ourselves as "Scumbag Air Cargo", we like "Best of the bottom feeders". I see the face of disbelief in many I interview, they can not believe they are applying for a job a YIP based non-sked.
