I predict that junior FO attrition will be very high.

Most of these rich kids will not put up with ASA once they realize that the job is work.

On a Captain's salary, I can't afford the BMW 5-series my newhire FO drives.

At least it's good to know we're not the only airline with newhires on 1st year pay driving cars that equal 2 or 3 years of their current salary(and that would be gross salary before taxes or benefits were removed)...
