Yes they are the former C360 birds.

I remember that Connie turned them down as well. He later came back with a low ball offer and they took it. The two 400'a we have are VERY nice aircraft. Connie spent $2 million apiece for the main cargo deck setup.

Yes.

They are both ex MAS. Both are GE powered. Both are from Guggenheim. Both are BCFs converted Combis. Both were going to 360 and Southern.
