All the other pilots must be wrong, eh?
Basically what you are telling me is all your fellow pilots are idiots because they don't preflight to the same standard as you.
I would suggest that you get together with your fleet manager to make sure ALL THE PILOTS write up the same things at the same time.
That way you won't be personally picked on as part of the lawsuit as the only guy that does it the "right way" because your write-ups trend as outliers.
It must be strange that only a few pilots preflight correctly and the crew ahead of you just happened to miss the 16 items. Do you complain about the previous crew as being sloppy?
That's right. You can't hide from the facts.
The fact is, and this is the last time I'm going to tell you this, if an item is broke it needs to be documented in an MEL or fixed. THAT IS THE LAW.
If you aren't advocating illegal activity (which you have been in your previous posts), what would you suggest a pilot do when he comes across something on this list that is broken? Should he call it in, or fly it because he is worried about court action? (WHICH IS ILLEGAL!!!!)
