Pretty sure we've all decided that we're not sure why we're being told something you're not but the point of the past few posts was about FR8DOG777's ridiculous comment. But anyway...

Interesting how this thread has become silent since of the revision of Flops FOM showing the new Senior Leadership Team. Also, hopefully a lesson has been learned by the individual making sick sexual remarks about our CEO of Flex who is now one of the CEO's of Options.

Lastly, by calling out TWA ASA FO by name, you may have problems getting an interview at Flex when the time comes to offer current Options pilots an interview if someone calls you out by name. TWA is probably part of the interview panel since he's a lead instructor.

Just sayin'...

I have been involved in the interview process.

We will start interviewing active FO pilots this fall who wish to resign and come to FJ.

I would never use anything said on here to sway my decision in the interview process, plus I have no clue who any of these jokers are.

Asside from your views on being pro union, I am sure you are all professional pilots who would do well at FJ.

You can confirm this or is this still a rumor?

Waiting for the new tie

Well crap! Ex-RTA and a line Pilot at FLOPs. Looks like I bet on the wrong horse, yet again. Company hasn't said anything, nor has our Union. I guess Revision 2 of the FOG is all we get. I'm deep into my 10hrs rest, so can't spend much time pondering it.
The thought of interviewing to become a 1st year FO at FLEX is not how I thought this aviation career would play out.

I'm sorry, are you hurt that I didn't acknowledge your post trying to bring up and start something again that happened how long ago?

Although you'd be a first year FO, that would only be for bidding purposes only. You keep the pay you currently have until the payscale catches up to you then you rise with it. You'd also immediately get the benefits that we have such as the 100% match up to 6% 401k plus an additional 3% regardless of what you contribute.

My feelings are crushed.
