Or better yet, he makes it to the interview and you ask, "How do you feel about signing an employment agreement?" Will his answer affect your recommendation to hire?

Based on my experiences doing interviews...that's not even a legal question to ask. Regardless of the answer...

Thought you didn't know who I was ? But you mention kcak? Lies effect your credibility TWA. I know that TWA won't get this but let me ask this question to the rest of the fj guys. If KR is willing to staple 13-25yr employes to the bottom of the list and freeze there pay what do you think the future holds for a bunch of guys he doesn't even know and a company he hasn't even owned a year with no contract protection? (Come on TWA please hire me? I will be a good little soldier and kiss ass everyday. I promise)

Not based on your experience, please sight the reference where it is illegal to ask an interviewee "how they feel about signing an employment agreement."

Better yet, take it one step further and sight the illegality of an "at will" employee asking an interviewee how they feel about union representation.

Deal Breaker

I don't feel that union affiliation would be a deal breaker.

I really don't see any huge pro union FO pilots wanting to leave for FJ.

As far as I know you must sign the employment agreement when you are hired.

Not a "deal breaker." That's nice. But could be a factor in determination for an employment offer.

Company says they will interview Flight Options furloughed pilots for Flexjet employment. Interviews and hiring was/is not in seniority order.

So, management has not told interviewees/new hires that their union affiliation or disaffiliation affects or could affect them being offered a job?

I said "I think". I am never part of the panel that does the face to face, so I have no idea what is asked. I can't imagine FJ not hiring someone because they are active in the IBT. That is just my opinion.

The furloughed pilots were called in seniority order as far as I know. So far we have reached out to the first 100+/-

You sir are an idiot.

Guess who just outed himself.

I went through your seniority list and saw what I thought were 2 pilots with the first name of Shane. I didn't recognize either name so I had a 50/50 shot. Best part of this is now anybody who wants to know who you are can just look you up.

Well, let's look at KRs history. What happened when RTA union organizers where terminated? Do you really think that Flexjet will hire individuals they know have been active participants in the union?

Where did you get your information about Flexjet calling furloughed Flight Options pilots in seniority order? Better yet, who informed your that it was 100 +/-?

You are either seriously misinformed or where lied too. So, what's the source of you information?

They were contacted in seniority order. We reached out to the top 100 or so.

What's the source of your information that contradicts this?
