My bet is that FO starts flying Gs. I do not think they will get the EMB-500. It is too close to the Citation X. FO has a good program going with its revamped Citations Xs. FO is trying very hard not to have too many fleet types. In the end it will actually have what NJ is trying to get too (but won't get to in the near future) -- just 4 types -- small and inexpensive (400XP/400XT), Phenom 300, Citation X and a G/Legacy. In my opinion, a fractional should not have more than 4 or 5 types -- then the inefficiencies start to kill them.

(For example to fly 8 +/- pax, does NJ really need the Hawker 800, Sovereign, X, G200 and DA-2000?)

They'd lose too much with a larger frame.

Like CA?. Now that's an efficient operation.

What about a Lear Jet 85,
Is this a rumour or .......?

Flexjet already has several LJ85s on order.

Just curioius - how many pilots still on furlough at FLOPS? And, how many Beechjet Nextants (400NXT) do you guys operate so far - and how do you like them from the front end?

To be honnest I will have to check on those questions,
I will give you the answer tomorrow.
But in my opinion, Flex will not be there to see the 85.s Neither will be Avantair alive next year.
Sorry but this is only my opinion.

I remember at Travel Air when most of us were in denial. We thought we had the best job in the world and were going to walk away with nice pensions.
