Just drop it. Less then 10% of the Flex Pilots have sent in cards so that means 90% of the pilots are doing what I have done which is to burn the cards. A union at Flex will not happen anytime soon. Why fix what is working great?

.....
You have absolutely no vested interest in what happens at Flexjet.
You are entitled to your opinion, but your bizarre compulsion to repeatedly express your opinion in this forum is automatically outweighed by the fact that WE ACTUALLY WORK HERE AND YOU DON'T. Your opinions are not valid. Actual Flexjet employees realize that you have no stake in what happens at Flexjet, and therefore do not value your opinion. By continuing to voice your demonstrably irrelevant opinion about Flexjet, you are meddling in the affairs of Flexjet, and in the lives of people you do not even know. Those people have asked you to stop. We all obviously feel that you are intrusive, irrelevant, unwelcome, and extremely obnoxious. The wishes of any one (1) of the ~400 actual Flexjet Pilot outweighs whatever quixotic mission of labor-organizing mercy you think you are on. You are an unwelcome outsider. Kindly mind your own business. We don't intrude on you, your family, or your husband's employer. We expect, and ought to be granted the same courtesy. It's a free country, you haven't violated the terms of use of this website, but again, you are meddling in the lives of people you don't even know, for no valid reason. That calls into question your credibility, your consideration for other people and quite simply, your state of mental health. If posting on Flightinfo.com has become an unhealthy obsession for you, then I urge you to take advantage of the fine mental health benefits that your husband's employer provides.

Others have thanked me, both publicly and privately, for the support I offer to those seeking a fair contract. Faced with the option of seeing them denied that encouragement or inviting the disinterested board members to ignore me, I will follow the basic concept of fairness every time.

Your negative opinion on the validity of my own isn't shared by those who PM me regularly. They don't question my credibility or consideration as both have been amply demonstrated. My loyalty lies with them, not you. Surely you understand that? "Meddling in the affairs of Flexjet"? That's quite a stretch, isn't it?.... Delusional some would say....:p Good thing your mental health isn't on trial here, huh?....:D The NJ pilots do have "fine health benefits" that are guaranteed by their contract and can't be changed on a whim. I think the other frac families deserve the same. I sympathize w/Options and worry about Flex when health care is mentioned. Flt Ops pilots will eventually have their health care in a contract, too. I'd advise Flex pilots to ask their management to "put it in writing."

People read this board by choice and are free to ignore that which they find irrelevant to their situation so the accusations of "meddling" and "intruding" can't fairly be applied. I'll have to disappoint you if you had expected me to concur with that notion. Many rational people unable to agree on the topic they discuss just agree to disagree. I have no problem with making that a polite understanding between us. I respectfully suggest that you'd be more comfortable with my posts if you don't see them on your computer. Please feel free to ignore me while allowing others to choose for themselves the posts they wish to read. (Thanks Necromonger...:) )

For those with an inordinate amount of interest in how I spend my time I pose this question: If I spent the same amount of time watching TV would you say that I had an unhealthy obsession for _______ (name the shows you follow) ?? I don't watch TV or follow sports; instead I choose to cheer on pilots in the frac industry who are trying to raise the bar. I view that cause as very worthwhile and recognize that their success will make my husband's position as a frac pilot more secure by reinforcing a "going rate" for those skills. I am not alone in my belief that professional standards across the industry will benefit all frac pilots and their families.

With all due courtesy,
Netjetwife

PS Additionally, debate is known to improve a person's critical thinking skills and the ability to articulate one's ideas. Sounds rather healthy, doesn't it? ;)

Stop arguing about everything except what the topic is on this thread. We have the avatar issue under control. Read and obey our rules or leave our site, easy as that. Stop using porn and degrading women and we will all get along.

Now lets all get back to the original thread topic.

Big rain storms begin with scattered drops....

If I change the name from Flex to Flt Ops it reminds me that I've heard all of this before.... ...and the Options pilots who were in the same position-- not too long ago-- are now at the bargaining table, digging in their heels, and their unity is growing...:)

Best of Luck to Flex and Flt Ops!
NJW
