All indicated pay is still on the 202 day line.

13 months a year. 7/7 line is limited to 5% of workforce for now.

Well, congrats guys! That seems like a mighty fine payscale.

The scale looks to be just a tad more than our 7/7, but somewhat under our 15-day.

Good job! I truly hope they address work rules and bases for you in the near future.

Just curious, after you reach the max on your payscale, do you get any sort of increase after that?

Let's see if CS will step up next.

Congrats again guys!!

Congratulations guys, I'm happy for you. Let's see what CS does.

Flight Options' management must be looking for somewhere to hide right about now.

Life is good today! Bases would have been nice, but mainly for future recruiting. Great to see some recognition that working holidays sucks. And the base pay increase is great. First year F/O daily rate increase is actually 43% - but second year F/O is only 34%. Hope that upgrade times don't change much...are they sticking to the "down one year" at upgrade?

It is a little more money. But then we work 202 days vs 182 at netjets. not to mention there is no improvement to QOL issues. Pay is great, but the whole package is very mediocre.

AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE.....

jtdvr's got it and i am very surprised at you doyle, you know better......

Well, it is based on 15.5 days BUT, we are still working 16; therfore, the pay is actually higher than is published. About $3,000 higher.

Oh don't get me wrong bro, there are still things to work on and I am not saying we don't need a union anymore. However, the pay increase is very satisfactory in my opinion. I will not complain about those numbers at all. DG DID step up to the plate on that issue in my humble opinion. We did get holiday pay for 8 holidays a year and a 3% increase in the 401k as well. And don't forget, we are working 208 days, not 202. I'm just stating the facts here and giving credit where credit is due.

What's left from here?

Rest Rules--which we are told is a top priority this year
Healthcare--needs significant improvement--no changes in sight on this issue
Catering--no changes on this in the near future

pay is good, more than I thought it would be. Me personally that was a big factor and it keeps me happy as well as my mortgage company, ford financial, and the hospitals and doctors will continue to get paid every month. (i have little kids)

I imagine people will still be unhappy because that is how it works. I am very happy with it.
