Ok, I'll be first. 1st year FO: 56k, first year Capt: 80k. Full payscales to be sent by email (BB) and mailed sometime soon. Addition of holiday pay (daily OT rate), increase in 401(k) to 100% up to 6%. As expected no change to work rules/rest, domiciles, or crew meals. Also implementing 7/7 for those who want it, limited to 5% of pilots for now, and a reduced schedule for those close to retirement. Is is good? Yes. Is it great? No. Will it be enough to quash the union drive for awhile? Who knows.

Looks like captain pay has increased an average of 28% and F/O pay has increased around 30%. The F/O scale looks like the old Lear Captain scale. I have to say that the pay is pretty good. I'm hard pressed to complain about this one. We got holiday pay too and future bases it looks like. Our scale is actually higher than the netjets 7/7 day schedule.
