We already have a legal list called the Nicolau Award. It would be much easier for USAPA to change their C&BL's to allow the Nic to be implemented, rather than attempting to get every west pilot to sign off on DOH. As long as just one pilot on the west doesn't agree with USAPA attempting to use a list that is not the Nic, they will be in danger of violating their duty of fair representation.

USAPA inherited the Nicolau Award and have been unsuccessful in getting out from underneath it. USAPA has been successful in keeping its members among the lowest paid and selling dreams to its "east" contingent. See above.

There will not be a vote for the JCBA. We voted on the MOU and that's it. Look at your MOU guideline if you don't believe me.

There will be no agreement on a SLI...especially since you guys are hard over for DOH. Rest assured, it will go to arbitration. Fortunately, the west will have a seat at the SLI table. I do not trust USAPA to negotiate for my seniority and given the easties record, neither should you. To put it in simple terms...you guys suck when it comes to seniority list arbitrations.
