Right wrong or indifferent, APA cannot have anything to do with any SLI that gives any relevance to DOH. For obvious reasons.

The Nic list was issued under a former collective bargaining agent, and it has never been ripe, and now since we are represented by a different agent - that agent can present another list or even two separate lists, just as APA has a list.

Remember, the East and West are operating under separate contracts, and separate lists which cannot be combined until the members vote on it. Now that APA and USAPA are required to reach a JCBA - whatever the SLI that they hopefully agree upon - then that is what we will be voting on.

You know your CEO also signed on the dotted line after you all agreed to Nic the arbitrator. It was a three way agreement, all saying they would honor the eventual award. Too bad your group lacks the honor part.

Bye Bye---General Lee
