JUST STOP IT. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!!!

There are a few a$$holes everywhere. When this thread reaches page 40, guess what? There will still be a few a$$holes out jumpseating. And oh, by the way, anybody who is grossly out of touch with jumpseat etiquette probably ain't the type reading aviation message boards.

If you are a Captain and you don't like the way they are conducting themselves, be a Captain and throw 'em off. If you don't / didn't, then shut the hell up. If you're an FO, tell the Capt how you feel, let them handle it, and shut the hell up.

Last but not least, none of this has anything at all to do with who works where!

After wasting 20 min of my life reading this thread, I have concluded it comes down to this:

Look and act like a professional. Say "please" and "thank you."

Incredible.

Mommy &Daddy didn't teach them

It's as simple as some basic courtesy; if their parent's had taught them to say please, thank you, may I, and express some gratitude there would not be any of these problems.
