Heavy time is "preferred". I don't think that requirement will hold up for too long!!! They used to hire RJ only guys (non-heavy).

In the upswing, they will hire anyone with a pulse. I would give it about another 6 months

Flyer, They went out of business in Jan 08. That is why I came to EK. I was hurting for a job. The Focus people hired a bunch of guys for the Holiday push and they knew that after the New Year they were going to close the doors. Those guys run a company over here in the U.A.E. called MiDEX. uba757
 
I'm the same height as you but 215 pounds with similar body fat. BMI is a joke.

I agree, because BMI doesn't distinguish between lean and fat body mass. "Normal" weight range at 6 feet tall is 138 to 183, a 45 pound range. If I saw a 138 pound six footer, I wouldn't consider that normal at all.
