funny that 350.com has listed openings yesterday.
I heard an Eagle Med trying to get into ICT this morning had to try a few times to make it happen. Whats up with that? I made it in on my first try and thats even with a brand new F/O.200 ovc my arse.
What are the typical qualifications of their new hires? Just wondering what to expect for single pilot king air...
Thanks!
That's what happens when you're doing training; I'm guessing that our two new-hires were out flying...I'd been outta town, so don't know for sure.
I was just breakin balls.

Eagle Med and Eagle Air Med are two different companies.
Can't speak for Eagle Med but if they rarely have open pilot positions it must be that they treat their pilots better.
Summary: Eagle Med-Good place to work
FYI for those interested...
Hey,
I'm a brand new member here to flightinfo because I saw EagleMed/Ballard on the message boards. Anyone able to give out the pay, schedules, etc.? Thanks in advance, I'm trying to get back into Air Am.
I used to work for Midwest Corporate, Air Am side, when it was LifeWatch, SIC. Now with the airlines, looking for a way out.
Thanks, you can PM me if you want as well.

I just noticed you called me out, simply months late. Yueh that was me. I like it when I hear you EM guys in the radio in wee hours of the morning. Makes me not feel so alone out there playin' with the boomers in the middle of night when most normal folks are sleepin'. The World on Time right?

Post whore....
I worked at Eagle Med around two years ago and it was a great place to work.VERY, VERY, VERY different companies. Eagle Air Med is the one in Arizona that just had the crash. It's also the one that has lost its CAMTS accreditation numerous times over the years for such things as failing to report accidents and incidents. There will ALWAYS be pilot openings at Eagle Air Med because the corporate culture is one of employee abuse- therefore high turnover. Can't speak for Eagle Med but if they rarely have open pilot positions it must be that they treat their pilots better.

Thanks for the "tip", I'm trying to get an edge in there now. Hopefully it will pan out with the "powers that be", but if not, I guess it is what it is. I haven't heard anything bad about them yet!![]()
