A little information. I flew out of LEX this morning. The whole layout by A, 26 and even the departure end of 22 are very modified and look completely different than previous visits. Neither Jepp or NOS diagrams are presently accurate. Please read USA Today article for the new airport layout. This information only represents layout today, I don't know what it looked like on the day of the crash.
The taxiway lead-in from A over 26 appears to have been moved because it now brings you south of the numbers rather them over the numbers on 26. Looking straight ahead A is barricaded between 22 and 26 and the threshold of 22 is relocated 400-600 feet south of old location at the intersection of 22 and A, (just to the NE of A5 and doesn't align with any taxiway) the old northernmost section of runway is painted unusable for aircraft. 22 touchdown lights, centerline lights and runway distance remaining signs are notamed out of service. The 22 notam about the changed length states: LEX 4/22 ASDA 7003 TORA 7003 TODA 70003 LDA 6603 WEF 06082022200. Our airline had temp data for a 6603 departure which requires a backtaxi of 22 from A5 to use full length with new threshold. The closure of A between 22 and 26 is not notamed. The closure was not stated on uesterdays ATIS when I flew in but was stated on this morning's ATIS on departure. The new threshold location on 22 is not explicitly mentioned by NOTAM or ATIS. We quarried approach about the A closure and were told it wouldn't have been mentioned in yesterday's ATIS because technically A no longer exists, a new taxiway A7 will eventually be built that leads in to 22s new threshold.
