In a few cases they've hired right above the Commercial pilot mins lately so they are starting to hit a hard bottom requirement. They will also continue reassigning and junior manning to cover shortages. We have had numerous occurences lately of Captains flying as FO as well.

You can get ORD right out of your class there. Anyone know how likely it is to get ORD as a base? If not right away how long to bid into it?
