Before you arrived on campus, we had the PRP program, retired pilots flying the line. That is my reference....

but yes, they need to offer retirement plans to push the I'm FNWA and on sick leave and I'll get mine crowd!

Bill I know all about the LCA's that were retired that were filling a need.....

Another offer like the last perp may get a large response so we may have to slowly let them go too. I know many guys all over the seniority spectrum that would take it.
