UHHHH, Yes it is. That's why it's called the CRJ-1000. Plus, Bombardier only makes RJs. They don't make mainline jets.

My mamma always says, "Regional is as regional does"... I do believe that airplane is only flown by regional airlines.

A king air can fly from MSP to SEA, does that mean it's a mainline plane too?
 
A king air doesnt weigh 70,000 pounds and carry 70 people... unfortunately the king air pilots robably make more than the CRJ haha.
