We only have 5 destination (soon to be 6) Why would you? Now, having said that. The folks that do the rosters are pretty accommodating
Yes, you really just bid for days off but if you do it ahead of time (last minute requests are a problem for the scheduler) I haven't had a request denied so far
Fly-drink-drink some more, rest fly. Just kidding (about the flying part) It is an easy gig man
I'm using my vacation days two at a time every month and getting 12 days in a row (10 at home and two commuting, I'm also using the business class option)

1. trip trading/ dropping trips?
2. Bidding on different monthly schedules?
3. What is a average work month like?
4. How many days off in the US do you normally have?
