Spend $100 for an associate membership to OBAP. That will get you in fast.

Actually this is good advice. Go to the OBAP conference and you'll bump your chances up. You do not have to be black or any sort of minority, just "support the goals and objectives of OBAP". While you're at it, sign up for Women in Aviation also. Can't hurt.
