Geez...that's depressing reading...same theme over and over again.

Wonder what would happen if you had the same type of review for any other company...would the comments basically be the same? I think so...but I don't know.

If I felt that bad about my employer, I would take a hike.

Hard to do these days. My employment search has taken me around the globe. As I mentioned previously MGM was a missed opportunity. Keeping my fingers crossed, my suit dry cleaned, my r?sum? polished and logbooks up to date. First opportunity I'm outty 5000.

You're right, it isn't easy. But until that opportunity presents itself, you've got to make the best of what you've got.

Glassdoor has become a valuable tool to get our voices heard. And as a result, change has occurred. We now have a true Fatigue policy, and these recent changes in mgmt could result in less of an iron fist management style. Time will tell.

Add to the list of downsides:

A conveyor belt of unaware, bright eyed noobs, willing to replace you for less.

Give yourself 3 years of no pay raise, no chance up upgrade and an uncertain future. You will know the meaning of "are you freaking kidding me."

This rumor just CAN'T be true. That is, unless XO has a fleet of "previously enjoyed" GV's that no one knows about...
