Tuition repayment plan for new hires?

Time building program for pilots to get their hours for an ATP and make them sign a commitment for x number of years?

I'd love to know what will be so great for someone not yet hired that does nothing for any current pilot. Can someone explain how that's supposed to help the rapid attrition?

Bingo!! All regionals need to focus on there current pilots.. And not some "snake oil" sales pitch for potential suckers... Horizon is a good example for years being able to atract pilots without any lies or half truths...

They paid relatively well and were the only game in town for the bases they had.

Remember this point people-The announcement is because (what I heard) of a SEC filing they legally have to make. So.... Make the legal filing have an announcement. When trying to address why they need to make a filing with the SEC, then you have a best guess for what the announcement is. New planes, sale? Acquisition? Those are the sort of things that require a SEC filing. Offering a flow to New hires, commuting language, loan repayment planes etc, I do not think require such filings.

Word on the street is Anderson is gonna lay the hammer down on you spineless cowards again and then going to call Parker and Atkin to gloat and laugh. It must be nice to have the weakest pilot group taking concessions when Delta is making BILLIONS.

What street(s) did you hear that on......the corner of Ihavenofacts and Getalife?

They didn't just "take concessions" voluntarily. The airline was under Ch.11 bankruptcy. People conveniently forget that part of the story.
