Lies??? It's a fact, 20 JetBlue pilots have been fired in the last 12 months. Call pro standards, email the PVC, talk to the chief pilot's office. Again 20 pilots have been fired in the last 12 months.

Of your supposed 20, how many for drug/alcohol related issues. Those idiots would get fired from any airline union or not so I don't really count them towards your total. Mr. Computer and Mr. Nordo and other questionable cases can be argued as wrongful terminations, although both men had the opportunity to not make stupid decisions and therefore could have saved themselves from their predicaments.

By the way, yes voter, volunteer, just not an angry insufferable jerk like you.

Of course some of these terminations may actualllyb be justified but 20 in one year is quite a bit. I know some of these were training and a handful of substance abuse issues but as noted by the PVC via email disciplinary actions are on the rise. This has been company wide as 20+ known union supporting FA 's have been fired in the last few months.

20 firings is an accurate number, some other than OC activity (training) but 95% of all disciplinary action in 2012 was taken on OC members and 3A signees. Perhaps your blue dream is a myth and you are the "haters" for lashing out at those willing to speak the truth.

When the COO said he'd make it personal after the ALPA vote, he wasn't kidding. Is it a good career choice to work for such a man?

What is competitive these days?

Apparently jetblue bottom barrel basement compensation is competitive. We represent the lowest end of the A320 spectrum of major airline compensation. Because technically we are a major, in size only, we are the lowest band of A320 comparison, and because we exist there, we compete and compare poorly to other major airlines.

Avoid this place like the plague.
