Wow. We thought that too. I wish you luck, but I doubt it will be as easy as you're thinking it will be.

This one should be pretty straight forward as the situation is specifically covered in our SCOPE language. If we can't win on this then I can't imagine a situation where SCOPE would be enforceable.

Yeah.

Wow. We thought that too.

OMG, I just realized what you've implied there. What YOU don't realize is the difference between

1)trying to get your new partner airline on one seniority list, and
2)trying to get your new partner airline shut down with a restraining order.

OMG, what I just realized is that you are afraid. Joe is pissing your ACMI down the toilet and may start the transfer of abx air assets to CHI. You may eventually see a little money from it, but Joe will have dragged this thing on it court so long that you won't even exist.

I would file for single carrier status too, CHI/ATI have everything to win and you to lose. I wouldn't doubt that CHI/ATI/KHK are the survivors of everything. Joe and his minions single handedly have drug our case on longer than it should of just by asserting that 17 pilots of ROSS no longer qualified Alpa to operate under the RLA. I think they know exactly what they are doing, but you are allowed to have your assertions.

See you at Thanksgiving at your union hall.

Gee where I have heard that before. Oh and not by the pilot group but by lawyers.

Are you a lawyer?

Nice attempt to divert the focus from your own blunder.

We use our Scope to attempt joining up pilot groups.
You use your Scope to attempt shutting down ABX.

For you folks keepin score at home:

Reason ABX pilots are better pilots and people than AStar pilots......

A. They fly a mean CAT II approach while B-Star is a VFR only airline

B. They have 767's which means they will most certainly be the airline that flies the new 767's DHL bought, not ASS-Tar due to the fact that we're NOT CAT II AND, we don't currently have 767s

C. ABX had the foresight to develop the most revolutionary container system on the planet, the C Can, while B-Star only carries A cans.

D. ABX has two man crew cockpits that continuously fly on time AND rescue/replace broken ole B-Star aircraft, that never leave on time because the three member crews at B-Star just go to the aircraft and push when they feel like it. We are HUGE fans of min rest at our outstations don't ya know!

E. ABX pilots only use scope clauses in their contract to force pilot seniority list mergers when theirs been a violation. If that doesn't work out, then they don't try to enforce scope because that would mean negatively impacting another airline pilot's job. ASS-Tar pilots are greedy SOBs who use their scope clause to prevent management from transferring flying to another airline without trying to merge pilot seniority lists.

F. ABX is THE REAL DHL airline, AStar is just a pi$$ ant airline that's been flying as DHL for the last 30 years.

Ya know yall are right. Yall are just better. Period. I don't know why I didn't see it sooner.

You finally get it! The first sign of healing is when you admit you have a problem. But, in spite of your short comings, DHL still loves you best. Why else would they be blind to the above facts.

You forgot that the chicks dig our uniforms more than yours too! :p

Dangit...:uzi: (Biker Jacket)

<---- Pacing and thinking.

OK. Then our logo is cooler than your logo.

LOL! Well maybe so, JJ. I kind of like the Big Red Russian star on 873SJ. Since our E-Team :smash: is kinda like the Politburo, it seems fitting.

I'd only just become used to my cornfield being infested by the Yellow Peril when I noticed the Red Russian star; 'wtf is THAT?' - I recall uttering to my sidekick.

Good news was that next time spotted it was taxying faster than my grandmother could run.

'Hell' I said, once again to a captive sidekick audience, 'Those Astar boys have finally figured out how to taxi.'

That's why we'll get the new 767s. We know how to taxi properly.

LOL!! Well, I guess you didn't know, but our GOM had specific speed limits in it, of a max. of 20 kts. Now we can do 30 kts., as they got it changed for the cornfield. It's a better deal. And remember, "Rubbin's Racin'!!"

An Outstanding clip. Now the gloves are off, although it's unfortunate that it may truly have relevance to life in the happy cornfield.

Trouble is that the Yellow Peril will win by default
as they don't have to drag medieval siege machines designed by the Romans and pulled by a cast of thousands to off load the aircraft.

How many times have we ABX types cruised at .83 and descended with open speed-brakes only to have Gomer and his inbred brothers/sisters/wives take 10 minutes to line up the siege machine? Damn good job it's patented, otherwise everyone else would steal our idea.

That goes right along with the long standing program of "Saving Diesel Fuel by Burning Jet Fuel". Drives me batty. They know we are coming, see us coming down the alley, we pull in, and there we sit with an engine idling while they try to get the piece of $hat GPU to start.:uzi:
