Speed,
I'm tired of this statement that gets tossed out frequently. I do think about myself first. The union, company, fellow employees, and yourself are not going to pay my mortgage or keep my kids fed. In the end, it is all about me and keeping my family taken care of. I'm sorry, but if I can keep my job and put someone else on the street, so be it. You feel the same way:
I don't want to see anyone on the street and would find a way to get by on the min line. But I'd rather see a few go than the company fold and everyone lose their jobs. Because after all, it is all about me. However, I can't blame the young guys for wanting non members to get the can before them. They are in the same boat with bills to pay and mouths to feed.
There's my little b*tch. How ya doin 567? Getting to ya yet?
Hey Trojan, can I borrow $50?
Bring your classy butt over to my jumpseat.... We will quickly determine who the b*tch is!
Well, hell...as long as you're handing out booze/smokes money...LMAO.....Only if you promise to buy booze and cigarettes! ;-)
Trojan
You don't need me to show you that you are a little, whiny, teen-melodramatic, non-contributing, sh*t-starting, underpaid b*tch.
Merry Christmas!
I've heard it all:
SH told recurrent 300 getting axed in January.
Everyone post contract getting axed in January.
50 at a time. First 50 getting axed in January and will get priority in reserve bucket before leaving.
-Brett
Really thats funny because I was just in the last recurrent class and Scott said nothing about 300 being axed. He said furloughing was an option though. How can they furlough 300 when only 137 are post contract.[/quote]
You must be new to this game. They can do anything they want. Then you have to file a grievance and go all the way thru arbitration. A year later, then and only then, a pilot might get his back pay and thats it.
