Holy crap, maybe the guy actually gets it. It's about the customer, and doing all you can to improve the shoddy (mis)management of this company.
Lets see, the proof is in the pudding!
He's been spouting the same info since he was on the ramp. I'm sure nothing will change and we'll get another copy of this letter in 6 months to say he is "still trying!"
