Are these DAL MD-90s on the way?

Loose rumor that DL in talks with Saudia over the 28 that they have, apparently Saudia wants all purchased in one transaction but releasing them little by little.......heard from a heavy MX planner. Not sure if I would agree to that either unless the costs were low.

I have seen a handful of China Eastern MD-90s in GSO in front of the paint shop... I heard they are getting the DAL livery.

What is so great about the MD90? Are they getting them for next to nothing? Just wondering what are the numbers compared to the 737-800?

From the Delta North training department I heard they are geting 4 Md90 for the price of 1 737.

They are cheap, cheap because they are old (well, if you consider 10-15 years as old). 37-800s are much more expensive.
