One thing that all of these people had in common was that they represented themselves well, had a professional appearance, interviewed competently and showed a sincere desire to work for the company where they were applying. And, of course, they were lucky.

At what hour level in the BBJ will your Captains-in-Training become PIC's?
at 100 hours - we have two or three there now.

Have you guys created a pay scale for BBJ FO's yet?
no

Did "SG" have to join the union to fly the BBJ?
yes (and he hates it!), but he's mgt

I just noticed where the contract for the Contract Line Orientation Training Captains has been extended. Is it true that they will have to bid out of the BBJ when their contract expires?
the CLOT contract has not been extended - it's always been three years from date of hire. after that, they can bid any airplane their seniority can hold.
