Anyone get a call from Frontier

Hey F9er's,

Sorry for the absence. I've been quite busy the past several days. Between the interview and visiting my family, I can't say I've been around the computer much. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Woooohooooo! ;-) I've been "Welcomed" to the F9 family. I still can't believe it. It hasn't quite set in. Ever wan't something soooo bad and then it comes true? If you haven't, I'm experiencing it right now. F9Recruiter, thanks for everything. Yes, it was soooooo worth the wait. Guy's, you know who you are (so many of you), thanks for helping out over the past months. I learned a lot about Frontier from this very thread. I remember following Strchkrs progress. I now understand his excitment. ;-) Can't wait till May 8th! In my mind...I'm already in class.

For those of you still waiting for your shot, keep the faith. You'll get your chance. I was told the same thing back in October when I first joined this thread. I'm proof it happens.

Hello everyone...it's been awhile since i had time to actually sit down and read what has been going on in this thread.

Congrats Stratus...as you now know, all good things come to those who wait...but man, wasn't it hard to just sit around and do that waiting?!!! I know it was rough for me, but it all works out. As far as changing the picture...you could, i think i have decided to just let mine stay the same...I have used this one for pretty much the entire time i was trying to get on with F9, and now everyone knows it when they see it.

Finished my first actual trip on line, a nice reserve schedule too...can't beat being on reserve for four days and the first two just being a single leg down to SAT and then an overnight and a single leg back...then throw the same thing in the next day, only this time a single leg to BWI and overnight and then a single leg back (plus they told me about both trips more than 24 hours in advance!!). Man i could get used to this!!! I know, i just jinxed myself something horrible, but that's ok, i am just happy to be here.

What a place to be, i am loving it more all the time...nothing to complain about, and i really do not see how the two um "losers" for lack of a better word could find anything here to complain about.

Hey F9recruiter...have they moved you over to the new position yet? If not, hopefully soon right, i am sure you are ready for a break..if that is what you will want to call it...maybe no more 7 day weeks huh.

Stratus, CONGRATULATIONS!!! There's no better feeling is there? I can remember that day when I got the call - after the waiting. Great news man, great news.

Floyd - hang in there and keep after it. This board is a great source for information and some networking. I don't know of too many companies that participate like the folks do here - just more proof of the type of organization F9 is. Keep after it and let us know how we can help you achieve the goal, all of you (you too Shrek)!

No emotion here but the potential new hires need to know what they are in for. The last guy hired is the first guy furloughed when the impasse is declared. Don't want anyone leaving a decent job only to get laid off from his shiny new bus driver job.
