We got a new jet, pay adjusted for new equipment, so asking for a bonus might be a bit too much... oh we got fruit baskets too!

Actually, come to think of it, maybe the fruit baskets were not for us, but we ate'em anyways...
 
Why do you ask? Are you trying to get a feel for what to ask for?

Dependent upon company's performance - historically equates to no more than 15%. Last year was a much different story for company performance like many other publicly traded companies. Hopefully the trend as of late continues.

EDIT: One co-worker said "I see where we stand" during the "pep talk" and turned in his notice about a week later. He just had to make a few calls it seems.
