I wonder how APC would react if they knew that you blatantly copy their content and bring it over here. Why don't you post over there?

What do the Westies deserve? What do the Third Listers deserve? What do I deserve? What do the ex-PA and WA drivers deserve? What does ex-DL Captain WOW deserve? Are you the definition of the truth, the Aviation Jesus? To have an opinion is one thing, but to ridicule others shows quite a bit more than "no class".

Are you a DL pilot?

Uhhhhh, I always state where I get other thread topics. Essentially it's free advertising for them. And I do post over there.

What do the Westies deserve you ask? The award they got, everyone agreed to abide by it beforehand. I can't believe you can't understand that. Do you believe you deserve a do over when you lose in Blackjack at a Casino? You probably do. You know the stakes before playing a game like that, and each side in arbitration knows what might happen too. It's always a gamble, but "binding" should mean something.

How about third listers? They should be placed below AWA pilots that were hired well before them, at least. The Easties forced the Westies to stay in PHX, trying to force them to agree to their ridiculous demands. They have been stuck there, not being allowed to take rightful upgrades they should have held had it not been for their confinement in PHX. That will soon change, and that will be fantastic!

Can you elaborate? US Airways was a dying airline. That was established in arbitration. As NIC stated all arbitrations turn on their own facts. UAL was infinitely more viable as a company than US Airways. To claim UAL furloughed pilots had little chance of imminent recall would be absurd. It was quite obvious to everyone in the industry that the 2,000 or so US Airways furloughees had little to no chance of being recalled or ever sitting in the left seat of an A330. As much as you want to change history the facts are all on record. Standby to be disappointed again.

Whoa. Thread drift. We seem to have missed that in the UAL/CAL hearings. What exactly were the recall dates for furloughees? Or possibly did you mean the fact that CAL brought 600+ UAL furloughees from the street to jobs to CAL aircraft. I must have missed when UAL brought their own furloughs back during this period. Not to mention, how is leveraging ALL of your aircraft spare parts and ALL spare engines as collateral for a loan, viability?

Ex the SLI hasn't changed since 2010 and won't tomorrow either no matter how many times you spew your divisive venom.

You only have your medical to lose going forward.
