90 days is a reasonable amount of time for a fair, unhurried deal to be reached. That would be Labor Day-ish.

And Labor Day also kind of marks the beginning of the "all hands on deck, max effort, get it right or the company is screwed, stupid busy fall season (holidays JUST around the corner).

We want to get PAID what we're worth. Sooner, rather than later.

The union and the nc has said repeatedly that without leverage we won't get what we want in 90 days. They are begging us to create that for them. To help them reach our goals.
