The TA has been posted on the ALPA site. Looks like all AE pilots who are senior to the most junior jet CA as of May08 will get an AA seniority #. They will have the option to go to AA or stay at AE if they want. No AE pilot will move to AA until recall has been OFFERED to the most junior AA furloughee. Looks like flowthroughs will go to AA at roughly 2nd year pay, and some additional bonus.

Overall, looks like about 1500 AE guys will have AA seniority #s at May08. After May08 it looks like the whole flowthrough deal is done and the show is over. Anyone who cant hold jet CA as of May08 wont get any flowthrough benefit.

Lots of #s will be given out, but many of the AE CAs will chose to stay put. If/when AA gets more productivity out of the pilots at AA there wont be a need for bringing over more pilots. If age 65 passes, wont be any need for movement to AA as well. So it may be years and years before there is any real significant movement at AE from this agreement.

If you are a newhire thinking about AE, this doesnt directly effect you and upgrades will probably remain in the 5-6yr range for the forseeable future. AE will be offering a $3000 signing bonus for newhires as well, but there are several other carriers doing this already.
