That's just Band 3. We are only guaranteed that pay for one year. We might drop down to Band 1 or 2 pay rates next year, only time will tell.

Can you explain a little about how this is determined.

Operating margin.

0-7.99% Band 1.

8-13.99% Band 2.

14-19.99% Band 3.

Above 20% Band 4.

First adjustment on May 1 2011, look back 4 quarters. Adjustments every 6 months after that.
