Rates are for all narrow body aircraft. Domiciles for 757 not set. But, you knew this already...

That's just Band 3. We are only guaranteed that pay for one year. We might drop down to Band 1 or 2 pay rates next year, only time will tell.

Can you explain a little about how this is determined.
