Not great but not bad either. I was hoping for more than the 1.5% step increases to get close to pre Kasher by the end of the agreement but we cant win them all. Only scanned the summary but some good, some bad, alot in the middle. Reserve life should get easier but as we all know, the Devil is in the details.

I'm an outsider, but that looks pretty damn good to me. Pre-Kasher good? Not quite, but still pretty close after the step increases. For anyone to get close to pre-concessionary wages is a feat in itself right now. Good job to the ALA MEC.

Recession or not, the pay rates and signing bonus is a huge TURD! All other tiny improvements can't mask this TURD. Why even wait to vote for this TURD? Looks like TURD, smells like TURD..... it's a TURD!!!

Aren't AirTran's rates higher?

APC is down, can't cross check.

More importantly, what did they do with scope?

5 years ago, a 3rd year FO made 111.00 Now...5 years later, we're supposed to be ok with a 12 year FO making 111.00

A vote for this, is a vote for the further degradation of the profession.

No cost of living? Guess who pays for that?

Quick question as we (Hawaiian) are in equally contenteous (sp?) talks. Do you guys get any kind of overwater or other pay benefits for your Hawaii flying?
